Our weekend started on friday night, when we were ready for a long but exciting car drive from Milan to Tuscany. This honestly rarely happens but my expectations were drastically exceeded by the beauty that is this place: Argentario Golf Resort and Spa.
We arrived around 10 pm and we drove though a whole lot oftrees and soft lights. It was already magical.
Our room was very spacious and modern, but after a quick dinner out we slept like babies knowing that the next day we would have had the whole time in the world to discover the resort. We stayed at the Travel Club suite which included a King size bed, a tabarca-stone tub in the bedroom (my favorite part!!!), a panoramic terrace and a beautiful gift from Carita Paris with their best products.  The room per se would already be the most relaxing place on earth but we woke up got ready and had a long breakfast at the Dama Dama Club Room, the gold chairs and the leather sofa were just as amazing as the view you have while eating.
Right after we shot a couple of pictures and enjoyed the indoor spa which includes a fitness centre, bio-sauna with chromotherapy, Kneipp circuit, heated indoor swimming pool with saline water, 6 massage cabins, tanning showers, and where I also had my Carita Paris face treatment. I left the Spa with skin soft like a baby.
With what it felt like no time whatsoever we were back eating our lunch at the Dama Dama restaurant. Oh- so- good original dishes from tuscany, which we had again at night but this time we were excused since we actually went for a 40 min walk along the beautiful golf courts of the resort ;)

Argentario Golf & Spa Resort is honestly SO BIG. We went for two different jogging trails one on saturday and one on sunday, and I wish I had brought my running clothes because it would have been so fun to run too!
We walked a bit also while discovering Porto Ercole, where the resort is situated. After a 5 min drive, we arrived at the Harbourand “climbed” stairs till the top of the belvedere (wear comfortable clothes and shoes haha!)

It was soo prettyyyyy!!! look for yourself! The sunset was just woow, so was this experience,  it was all so amazing I literally don't have any MORE words to describe it.

just, THANK YOU SO MUCH to the staff for being so incredible!

I live in Milan and with it being a chaotic city, sometimes if it doesn't rain for a while it becomes very polluted.
On sunday we were supposed to have a family lunch here at home, but we decided to leave early in the morning to go breath some fresh air. It was really an amazing day especially because we are only 2 hours away from the sea.

Today I felt the need of writing something here, in my own "private" space as it's been quite a hectic month- or actually a sick one!
Other than the car accident, I've had 2 flus and one problem with my period! so yep kind of a shitty month but I am ready steady for a new big one full of projects!
One thing I am trying to get the hang of doing is VLOGS!
I've been wanting to do one in ages but sometimes it's just really hard to capture interesting things especially when you're at home working from your bed :)
SO im really hoping to finally do one in the next weeks and especially in the next travels!

see you soon!

ps. the top is from Are You Am I

Hi loves,
it's been a while since ive written a post here, but Im back! As one of my new years resolution I wanted to post more regularly like in the past, and do more diy and vlogs. Im opening my new youtube channel so i'll keep you posted.
I am always doing tooons of yogurt bowls and they re so cute but normally im tooo hungry (and a bit lazy too eheh) to stop and take pictures. But things are going to change.
Also, I just ordered new stamps, because for now I only have the xmas ones, hence the weird shaped stars hahah, but still, they're cute.
So all you need is :

- GREEK YOGURT (I used a white classic one, but you can also use flavored ones, my favorite is blueberries, and it's cuter! I have a new post coming up soon!)

 - 4 pealed kiwis

- 1 banana

- White Chia seeds

-  Mixed toasted seeds

- Coconut flakes

- Crushed nuts

- Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)

One you have everything you need you can start by pealing and cutting in thick slices the kiwis.
You can do the same with the banana and start cutting your slices with the star shaped cutter.
remember to keep the fruit leftovers for later- NO FOOD should be WASTED.
(note: the slices should be thick because I noticed with thin slices they tend to break with the cutter.)

Now you can starting to create you bowl. I always like to begin with a layer of plain yogurt, then add the fruit leftovers, and one more layer of yogurt.
Now the fun part. Place the little Kiwi stars in the outter part of the cirle, then do the same with the bananas in the middle.
Sprinkle on top the coconut flakes, mixed seeds, chia and nuts to your liking!
and now add the honey or maple syrup (optional but also you can put both on top! hahha)
and ta-daaaa your healthy greek yogurt fruit bowl is ready to be eaten!!!

I normally eat mine for brunch, for a late breakfast or also for lunch!

I will be doing more of these with different kind of stay tuned!!!

let me know if you have any questions or any suggestions for the next ones!
see you soon!  xx
